Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is my FAVORITE holiday!!  Maybe it's because we still have Christmas to look forward to and the running all over the place hasn't officially started. 

This is one of the things I am most thankful for......

Slumber Party

Since our house smelled like stain and poly from the floor remodel we all stayed all night at Papaw Perry's house.

Date Night

Thanksgiving shopping is something I look forward to every year!!  Nate and I drop the kids off at Papaw Perry's and we get all of our Christmas shopping done in one night. 

Before we shopped Nate took me to see Breaking Dawn again.......and he liked it!   :)

We even saw Lindsay....she liked the movie too!

Stone Soup

Braton had his first ever school presentation on his birthday.  It was super cute and we had fun taking the morning off to watch Braxton and have lunch with him.

Addison and Ayla got Brax a gift card to Blits for his birthday so we went to celebrate. :)

Sick Boy

The night after Braxton's party he was up most of the night sick. :(  We decided to use one of his birthday presents since he was starting to get tired of laying on the couch watching movies.

Not too sure what to think about his brother being on the couch all day.

Pool Party

Last Saturday we had Braxton's 5th birthday party at a hotel pool.  The kids had fun swimming and Brax loved hanging out with some of his friends.

We had a great time even though Brax, Liam and Maddie all got sick after the party.  Brax has requested to not have a pool party again. 

Oven Gone Bad

Well a couple weeks ago my oven stopped working so we had to drive to Lowe's and get a new one.  We then discovered that we had the original hardwood floors under the ugly carpet in our kitchen and dining room.  (We are pretty sure they are everywhere else too).  So we began to rip up the carpet, sand, stain, and coat with poly. Meanwhile my stove, refrigerator and some cupboards, dining room table and chairs are all in my living room.  It has been a long process but so far we are happy with the results. :)
